High-pressure plunger pumps are used extensively in our daily lives and have made significant contributions to industrial development. To ensure these pumps continue to serve us effectively, it is essential that we provide proper maintenance and care. Regular cleaning is, of course, indispensable.

After a period of operation, high-pressure plunger pumps accumulate substantial deposits inside the pump. If these deposits are not removed regularly, they can easily lead to blockages, thereby impairing the pump’s daily operation. To effectively remove these internal contaminants, chemical cleaning can be employed.

Regular maintenance is of paramount importance. We must frequently inspect the wear and loosening of components in the high-pressure plunger pump, promptly replacing or tightening any loose parts, and ensuring that both the discharge and suction pipelines are properly closed. When starting the engine and bringing the pump into operation, the pressure gauge and control valve should be opened without delay, and pressure readings should be recorded and monitored throughout the pump’s operation. If any abnormal pressure readings are detected, the pump must be immediately shut down for inspection to identify the root cause of the fault and restore the Nachi high-pressure pump to normal operating conditions.
